Its time to restructure the committee with new members. 8th August the existing members will be completing 3 years since w-inner officially launched on 08-08-08.
Clubs, please your internal selection or election to submit 2 permanent members as club insiders of w-inner committee.
Clubs, please submit 2 insiders from your club before 31st July 2010
How do we elect the governing body: Well its very simple, if any Talent would like to be the president and run W-INNER they are most welcome. All you need to do is select a running mate or vice president and then appoint your general secretary, Insider for Event, Insider for Mega Structure, Media Coordinator. After that please submit your list to HR. One thing you should keep in your mind is W-INNER president is not allowed to join any Club.
How do we vote and elect them: First of all 2 insiders from each club will form the interim committee along with HR coordinator, they will evaluate all the names or lists and vote. We have 4 Clubs it means we will have 8 insiders plus 1 HR rep. Each can vote once and if there are 2 lists with same number of votes then HR rep should vote as the decider.
So Its time to make your own W-INNER committee and become the President
