Wow, what a great final match and a what wonderful win for Unique city. Big Brothers won the toss and they chose bowling first and Unique made 64 runs total with a great performance. Big Brothers so far did not loose a match in the league started batting with full confidence but it was not the very best day for them and were able to make only 39 runs for full 10 overs. Unique City won the match by 25 runs.
MD Marcus officiated today's final match along with other SLT members. Champion team was awarded a 500$ cash price with a giant big cheque and winning trophy. Runner up also won 250$ cash prize. Maniku from Unique city is the best cricketer of the league with the winning prize of 75$ cash prize and Nifraz made 112 runs overall in the league and won the best batsman with 50$ cash prize.

WOW what a match, Unique city won semi final against Touch with a great fight.

Today's semi match Unique were able to make only 25 runs out of 10 overs and the match was very clear and easy for Touch to win. But who would believe it will turn out totally the other way!
That's what we call a great battle on a semi final match. Touch may have took the match easily with over confidence that they can get 26 runs to win. However, Unique kept their fielding very good and kept on winning wicket by wicket till the last batsman when Touch needed only 1 (ONE) run to win the match. At that point the match was on a draw with 25 runs each. At last all the wickets were gone and it was a draw. Umpires decided to go for a super extra over for each team.
Super over - Touch won t he toss and they took fielding and the over ended without a single run for both teams. Again umpires decided for a second super over and this time Unique made 10 runs and Touch couldn't compete with it.
After a super exciting match Unique City won today's semi and they will be playing against Big Brothers who did not loose a single match in this league. Who knows, anything is possible! Unique only won 1 match to reach semi and they will be playing in Finals. We cant predict Big B to win easily with Unique. Let's wait to see who will be the Champion of cricket league 2011

Unique City finally won first match of the Cricket League
Unique city won their first match in the league today against LBC. After today's match they have also confirmed their spot as the 2nd team to play in semi final against Touch.
Big Brothers are already in the final as they won first place of the point table by winning all their matches. Touch as 2nd team will be playing against Unique who won the 3rd place on a very narrow margin.

Big Brothers kept their 100 percent record of winning all the games in cricket league after beating LBC on a big margin. BB is on top of the table with 10 points. At this stage LBC and Unique should be fighting for 3rd place of the table and that can only decide on the last match when these two teams face each others. LBC would be lucky if it rains on that day!

On the other hand Unique city is struggling to survive in the tournament as they have yet to win their first game of the league. SWIM to Gaathaafushi (Season 1 Episode 1) winner is EVGINEY (DU)
It's hard, it's tiring and it took exactly 27 minutes to reach Gaathaafushi shore. 7 out of 10 participants were managed to complete the race where MD Marcus was the main judge. Doc Ricky of cause the medic monitored each and everyone on his paddle board where Angelina covered the whole event with the camera crew and the news reporters. Peter from S&M kept the time on with him and Lizzy was waiting with cool drinks on the other side. IT WAS FUN WHERE W GOES AND WE DO IT DIFFERENT AS ALWAYS. BECAUSE WE ARE TALENTED W TALENTS.
