W-INNER restructuring with new committee members

Are you ready to become the new President of W-INNER?
W-INNER recently announced to restructure the team after 3 years and will be soon announced with elected governing body along with 2 members from each club as Team Leaders. As of today 31st July deadline to submit club members are over and we have received almost every clubs new members who will be named as Team Leaders. And now its time to submit names to Presidents post. Those who are interested to run an award winning Talent committee, you are most welcome to submit your name along with your Vice President and other posts as per the structure. and the deadline for this submission is 2nd August 12PM. You can send your list by email to admin@w-inner.com or draft your list and handover to Rizan or anyone from Human Resource. Also there is a newly drafted HID for w-inner, this is just an interim draft which will later include more regulations and will be finalized once the new committee starts running w-inner. It was a house full show last night and after the success show "Yaraa Team" confirmed again there will be a second show tonight. But tonight's show will be dedicated to F&B and other service Talents those who missed last night show. Also its a request from Touch Club as well.

Touch club really touched all Talents by throwing an amazing party to celebrate their wonder cup win. The setup, lighting, decoration, food, drinks, rocking DJ by Noor are all super touching star performances. GM opened tonight's party followed by CEO Abba's special speech.

Farewell & Goodbye to our Chief Steward Laksha. We wish you all the best in your future as well as the career. Laksha leaving W family will be very sad and a great loss for us as he is a true W legend. After completing 4 years in W wonderland Laksha will be moving to Sheraton to a higher position. GERMAN SOUNDS BIG BROTHER

Big Brothers seems very active in transfer market this seson as they've signed 7 new members within 24hrs. no other clubs have this record so far and the latest signing for big brothers was GERMAN from Unique City. As per German Touch Club CEO Abbas asked for his service after he signed to BB and LBC also approached him several times, but GERMAN preffered Big Brothers for his next destination.

Casino De Royale

During Ramadan our casino get very busy with many games and we have seen last year also the winners were awarded on anniversary party. Casino operation is a tough job and we would like to invite interested Talents or clubs to submit your proposals including all necessary information and plans. We will select the best bidder and handover casino's operation and to do that main areas in your bid you should mention a committee not less than 5 Talents as well as equipments and furniture also games and finally we will check administration quality of scores, game rules.

W-INNER will also propose a special calender of events for Ramadan to Casino committee and it should be followed properly!

So, its time to submit your bid document to W-INNER before 3rd August.

Big Brothers Have signed 6 new members

Big Brothers have signed six new member to their club who are:- CHANAKA, CHANDANA, KANNA, NARAYAN, PRABU, & RAGULAN.
Reports coming from talent escape area saying that these are very important signings for big brothers since there are rumors that W-INNER is arranging a CRICKET tournament during ramadan.

Restructuring W-INNER

Its time to restructure the committee with new members. 8th August the existing members will be completing 3 years since w-inner officially launched on 08-08-08.

Clubs, please your internal selection or election to submit 2 permanent members as club insiders of w-inner committee.
Clubs, please submit 2 insiders from your club before 31st July 2010
How do we elect the governing body: Well its very simple, if any Talent would like to be the president and run W-INNER they are most welcome. All you need to do is select a running mate or vice president and then appoint your general secretary, Insider for Event, Insider for Mega Structure, Media Coordinator. After that please submit your list to HR. One thing you should keep in your mind is W-INNER president is not allowed to join any Club.

How do we vote and elect them: First of all 2 insiders from each club will form the interim committee along with HR coordinator, they will evaluate all the names or lists and vote. We have 4 Clubs it means we will have 8 insiders plus 1 HR rep. Each can vote once and if there are 2 lists with same number of votes then HR rep should vote as the decider.

So Its time to make your own W-INNER committee and become the President

Simply Amazing and rocking! Last night Independence day party will be always memorable in many ways. First of all we celebrated Maldives Independence Day like no other resorts has done before, friends from other resorts in Maldives are so proud of us and calling our Talents complimenting how we did everything and most importantly we have beaten and set a new benchmark of how we celebrated this event in 2008 & 2009.

From 26th morning programs flag raising, marathon and evening ceremony with cultural events and finally 27th Welcoming our Starwood Family Associates from Sheraton were all great and will be always truly memorable. Last night during the party Our GM brought a special presentation covering what we have been doing for the past six months as well as Whats Next! In which he highlighted about upcoming Star Voice, mid year appraisal, Sheraton Hot new rooms as well as 4th W the Anniversary. Also this morning 28th July, David hosted a special breakfast at Sip restaurant for our family associates. The only thing due to bad weather we missed was the grand Volleyball match. But that's not a problem as long as Talents & Associates had fun together in our Wonderland!

W Maldives got Talented Talents, and we are proud to have Starwood Family Associates with us making their W experience wonderful and amazingly truly memorable!

Introducing W The Band for the first time on a live music show! W The Band is a recently formed band by our Talented Talent Saittey along with Visham. Since we are W and we do things differently, this band is also very different from other music bands. They are specialized with BoduBeru type but totally different way. They don't play boduberu songs and they really ROCK with their innovative style. Let's wait and see the wonderful performance of W The Band!
