Hi there team, It is time again for another issue of WORDS! First of all, I would like to
congratulate all of you on the very successful first Occupational Health & Safety week. A job well done by the OH&S committee from beginning to start. I hope everybody gained a little bit more knowledge about healthy lifestyle, nutrition and about being more aware of the importance of safety in your workplace. At the moment SPG TV is shooting our fabulous resort, a big opportunity for us again to showcase our incredible property. The footage will be presented in all Starwood Hotels & Resorts around the world. Also our first Sports Festival has started with great enthusiasm and enormous team spirit. This is just a warm up for the big Sports Festival coming up very soon. As we are going into the ‘quiet’ period and many Talent are having their (annual) leave, please make sure you don’t loose your focus and enthusiasm on our guests and our promised W service. “To be-come a truly great resort we need to commit to excellence, have the ability to improve and change where it is needed”.
