Shameem is one of the outstanding Talent spend nearly 5 years in W DoWnunder/Wave team. we will definitely miss him and his creativity in many areas like photography and waters ports and many more. I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I'm leaving my position at Downunder at W-retreat & spa Maldives, As some of you know, I have accepted a position at another company.It was not an easy decision to make because I truly enjoy working with all of you here at W Maldives.
Before I leave, I wanted to remind you what a pleasure it was working for you these last 4 years. I appreciated your support and management style and feel I learned a great deal here.
I have enjoyed my term here and I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you. Thank you for the support, guidance, and encouragement you have provided me during my time at W Maldives, Even though I will miss my colleagues and the company, I am looking forward to this new challenge and to starting a new phase of my career.

Never say NO to PANDA
It was a scary night shift for me last night (11-10-12) as i have never expected something like this. I'm still fully sweat because i did not know how many km i have run to hide from it. Here is my story.
At around 12.00 midnight i started walking to go up to admin building and got shocked suddenly by a PANDA appeared right in front of me. at first i did not know if i was scared or i was paused. i kept staring at the panda for like 30 secs and realize that this could not be real. So than decided to run and hide. (So i said no to panda first time)
Later i went to 15Below to pick up some guests and it was dancing there on the floor with the girls. i asked from someone in there if they can see the PANDA and he said no he did not see it. mannnn...i didnt know what to say and slowly walked out from 15below.
3rd time - Went to change the welcome mat on the jetty and he was sitting there in front of W sign asking me to take a picture with "W". Than i realized that i should not say NO to PANDA because there is no way i can get away from it if i keep on saying NO.
SO GUYS! "NEVER SAY NO TO PANDA"
Later i went to check if it was still there and it was sleeping on the sofa.
In the end PANDA and I are friends. END of the story.
