It's very simple, to avoid club team lists and individual sign-up sheets we have decided to complete a small participation card where you can choose your club (or individual) and all the games you wish to participate. All you need to do is complete this card and drop it to the box which we are going to keep in the Green Room. To give enough time to organizing team for the draw of each game we will close participation by late 8th or 9th. Therefore, Clubs need to submit only club games Cricket, Bashi & Volley.
