FREDERICTON, NB (January 25, 2008) - Delta Fredericton Hotel's executive chef Héctor Jiménez-Bravo has been named the 2007 Culinary Ambassador of the Year by the Canadian Culinary Federation's Ottawa branch. This is the second consecutive year that Jiménez-Bravo has been selected for this prestigious award. "Chef Héctor was voted unanimously because of his extensive international involvement.
