Maldives Promotion House has reached out to the far corners of Maldives, to present to you the story of a Maldivian “wishmaster”, Mohamed Arshad Abdulla, from an isolated northern island.
Arshad, who likes to make new friends that have different cultural background, began working in the tourism industry in the customer services area and has worked in the industry for 9 years. He has experienced a total of 6 resorts and currently works at W Retreat & Spa – Maldives, as a Welcome Agent, to accommodate the requests and needs of all guests. During an exclusive interview with Maldives Promotion House, Arshad said that, “since school I have always been interested in hospitality and customer services and that is what introduced me to the industry.”
