Club H.I.D - general policies of W Clubs

To formalize our general policies of clubs we have prepared and finalized a policy called Club HID. This will help all clubs to understand basic rules. Club H.I.D says all clubs must run under w-inner committee to regulate and organize more efficiently. This policy basically covers how a club can be formed and how members can join and transfer from one club to another and other basic rules. This is the official club HID which also states there will be 4 clubs. W-inner can always add/delete points to this policy in any situation where we need to amend .
